Teardrop banners placed alongside The Ranch Resort Road from the N1 entrance. Banners must be in position by Monday 1 August. Banners are placed at the owner's own risk.
Stalls will be allocated to the exact size requested. Please remember to take your signs, banners, flags and trailers into consideration when selecting your size. Trading is strictly limited to your allocated space — no banners or signage may be displayed outside your demarcated area. Should you request the incorrect size, you will not be able to enlarge your stall on setup day.
Applications opened 1 July 2026 and remain open until all available space is fully booked. Apply early to avoid disappointment.
Upon acceptance, an invoice will be issued. Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date. Non-payment results in automatic cancellation of the allocation.
Photos of products must accompany your application. Applications cannot be considered without this information.
